Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn, unwashed, and unused, with all original tags attached and in its original packaging. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

To start a return, please contact us at help@pecanmoon.com. If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at help@pecanmoon.com if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the situation and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Swimwear and bikinis
• Items with tags removed
• Items not in original packaging
• Worn or washed items
